Last week I met with a client to celebrate the amazing leaders Crown helped them hire over the last several months. As we were wrapping up our visit, Sara asked me if I had another 20 minutes.
Of course I had time, because it involved a local ice cream landmark a short walk away. As we left the building, she stopped to pick up two t-shirts from the Recreation director to carry-on a district tradition. Sometime after 1952, people from this suburban Minnesota district decided to show just how far they could reach around the world. Wherever they go, district fans take pictures wearing their vintage “White Bear Lake School Dist. Recreation Dept.” t-shirts to show their “Go Bears!” pride. The pictures are sent back to the school district, proving their reach around the world.
We only made it two blocks away from the office, but to Sara Paul the picture we took signified the impact of our partnership on their reach to students and adults in the community. By helping the district make hiring decisions with outstanding new leaders, our Crown team enjoys extending their reach into the lives of others in powerful ways.
