Are your Employees Inspired to Engage or Withdraw?
Crown’s Cultural Health Assessment cuts through the noise and complexity of workforce sentiment. We use our Life Themes of an Outstanding Leader to measure how effectively and consistently these Themes are being practiced by leaders and managers within each department across the organization. This online assessment tool reveals how people view your leadership, and how well your collective leadership culture is experienced by employees in a work setting.
After the online assessment is complete, you receive a report with graphs and a written summary of your organization as a whole and each individual department, with insights on how employees experience your leadership culture. We debrief the analysis with you and provide helpful action steps to build on your strengths and help leaders enhance their specific areas. This tool can be used annually or multiple times a year to demonstrate real growth in a responsive team culture.
